Refund policy
We have a 2 days exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- All our products are 100% handmade. Kindly ignore the minor inconsistencies that may or may not occur.
- Exchanges can be done within 2 days of the product received (Within India Only).
- International (Outside India) Exchange/Customs/Duties if any, to be borne by the customer.
- We shall not be held responsible for any damage/loss done by the transporter/logistics at the time of returns.
- Since we provide free one way shipping. In case of a exchange shipping is to be borne by the customer or reverse pick up if to be arranged. Charges borne may or may not be refundable as per the reason for exchange.
- We will process the refund after receipt of the product (applicable once the product is returned intact and unused).
- No refunds are offered as all shoes are customized.
